14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

Jewelry must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start the process, email info@icy-amsterdam.com or use our contact page. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if it is defective or damaged, contact us right away so we can resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to send the item back and place a new order once approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards are not eligible.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same conditions as above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be notified. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to finalize the refund.
