We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.
Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival.
If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different piece is to return the item you have.
Once approved, simply place a new order for the jewelry you want.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (hygiene reasons)
• Sale items
• Gift cards

EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.
Jewelry must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
